Hello. It’s Matthew again.

Something is not right.

I can't explain it… it's like when you wake up in the middle of the night and you feel like something's watching you, but when you turn around, everything is just the same. But it's not the same. It doesn't feel the same.

I keep hearing whispers from my computer. Not in the speakers, but in my head. I tried to tell Mom, but she says it’s just my imagination. It's always my imagination, right? But... why does it feel so real?

I tried to play that racing game again. The one with the smiley face car. It wasn’t there. The game was glitching, again. The cars... they looked wrong. I swear I saw one of them move like it was alive. I turned it off.

Then, later, while I was doing my homework, I started writing words that didn’t make sense. They just came out on the paper. “Deep,” “hidden,” “it’s time.” I erased them. I don’t even remember writing them.

I think I’m seeing things. Things that are not there. Shadows moving when no one’s around. It’s like my vision is blurring, but only for a second. And then it’s back to normal.

I thought I heard someone say my name, but when I looked around, no one was there.

I don't know what’s happening to me.

And the weirdest part... every time I try to go back to my room at night, I feel like I don’t want to. Something feels off.

I guess it’s nothing.

Right?

– Matthew
